Traditional property management companies offer a base service package on a percentage of the clients' gross revenues. Included in this package are one or two basic services such as rent collection and income reports.
Through the contract with the traditional management firm, the client is obligated to purchase all additional property management services through that particular firm and on a fee based system. Typically, the costs of these individual services compound and the client pays.
Merx Property Management takes a fresh and simpler approach. We do offer the base service package, but we also offer a range of packages, and we invite our client to choose which services are included and which ones are not. You take complete control and custom design your coverage to meet your exact needs. You simply don't pay for services unless you really need them. That's service!
